You best BELIEVE I had Pancakes for SHROVE TUESDAY!
I made them German style using gluten free flour. That seems to have made them crusty on the outside. Or maybe I needed more milk. But they still hit the spot!
1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
Blend the two
1/2 cup gluten free flour (200 cal) sifted and blend
Heat LARGE pan and melt grass-fed unsalted butter or use canola spray from Trader Joe’s (it’s non gmo), pour half the mix in and cook over low flame/heat. Flip when edges are set.
1 TBSP Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
1 TBSP Dark Cocoa Powder (or 2 of you don’t have Shakeo)
2 TBSP unsweetened Almond Milk
Mix until a paste and smear on half of a pancake and fold in the middle.
