Wondering what’s coming up in my virtual community? My October fit club is getting Fired Up and I am so excited to work together!!
My virtual fit club runs every single month, and this month we are firing up our workout, nutrition, routines, and GOALS! That’s right; if you have a goal or dream on your heart that you just haven’t been able to reach YET, this is the group for you!
We will have daily check-ins to inspire you, with actionable steps to write, reverse engineer and plan out the steps needed to reach your goals! In addition to this month’s Fired Up! theme, we have our constant support of virtual workouts, two nutrition plans, and ME, coaching you along the way. What’s amazing is after our first month together, you get access to my fit clubs for one whole year – imagine all you can accomplish!
The groups are completely virtual, social media-free, in an app where our workout access, meal tracking, and accountability all take place! This community is everything to me, and sharing it with the other fit friends out there is my goal for this October! What’s yours?

🔥 Wednesdays we are Sounding the Alarm and celebrating one another!
🔥 On Thursdays we are going to talk about mental health, stressors, and assess how we are doing!
🔥 Fridays are for pep talks + inspiring each other to take our healthy habits into the weekend!
🔥 On Saturdays, we will Shake It Up and share our favorite superfood shake recipes!
🔥 …and SUNDAYS, we are highlighting foam rolling with a Stop, Drop and Roll day!
