We can’t be productive ALL the time but there are certain times that you need to be able to focus.
Here are 3 hacks you can try when you just aren’t motivated.
- PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY – Did you know that the average person looks at their phone 250 times in a day, 250 TIMES!? Imagine how much time you would have if you didn’t spend it looking at your phone.
- SET TIMERS – Choose a task and set a timer to go off every 10-15 minutes. Once the alarm goes off, judge if you need more or less time. You might be surprised how much you can get done in that amount of time.
- SCHEDULE YOUR DAY – Sit down each day and write out what you need to do. Then plan out when you will do it, if you don’t complete one task, put it on the list for tomorrow. This will keep you on track of your tasks and allow you to stay focused.
