Sometimes my snack is celery and almond butter and sometimes….it’s this 😜 Have you ever had Zevia? I didn’t like it when I first tried it, and now I love it for an occasional Soda treat {WAIT….do you call it Soda or POP?!}

This wasn’t really on my personal plan for today…there’s nothing “wrong” with it, it was just “mindless.”

In the past that always triggered me to feel like a Failure…so I might as well call it a day and see what else there was I could devour today and “Tomorrow I’ll definitely start, for real.”

That All or Nothing mindset got me NOwhere! And I have a feeling, it’s not working for a LOT of people…Did you know that about 50 million people start a health and fitness journey on January 1st?

BUT January 1 is no more special than any other day of the year. You just have to decide. You just have to start. You just have to make the NEXT right decision for your body. So… why not now?

You don’t have to be 100% perfect.

You don’t have to miss out on holiday foods and celebrations.

BUT you do need a willingness to change.


A willingness to say yes to feeling better, to fueling your body, to moving your body.
