But hey, I’ve been experimenting with a few strategies to make it all feel a bit more manageable, and I thought I’d share them with you. Here’s what’s been working for me lately:

It could be something as simple as carving out time for a bubble bath or going for a walk in nature. Whatever it is, making time for ourselves rejuvenates us and helps us recharge, so we can tackle all those responsibilities with renewed energy.
