I thought I had to spend sooo much time and extra effort but be perfectly on point… I had that all or nothing mentality!

But then I found a way that helped me shave off time…
Like batch mealprep and more effective workouts in less time, without having to drag myself through the anxiety laps of just ??????? ?? ??? ??????.
Now I get to start my day with energy and focus.
I didn’t think doing this at home would motivate me to push my workouts, but logging into our 24/7 Zoom Community and seeing Women in different Time Zones doing something healthy for themselves, inspires me to go all in.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
