This is a touch emotional for me…Today I committed to doing at least 2 weeks of the HIIT/Step Transform Hybrid Workout Calendar and I finally pushed play. I was utterly BORED during the first part… Maybe because there was no music and I’m too lazy to get all that set up.

Or maybe I was crabby because the HIIT Workout is the program I associate with having my Stroke ~ it wasn’t the cause and in reality it probably saved me because I woke up early to finish the last two workouts, so I wasn’t sleeping when it happened.

I thought there’s no way I’m doing this for 2 weeks! But then I did the Step Transform part and I suddenly realized: “I am combining the LAST program and the FIRST program I did around my Stroke and I have come a LONG WAY since that first day back!”

So I pushed a little harder…although that Step workout naturally pushes you😅 In the end I got emotional and overwhelmed with gratitude for my community, friends, and family.

Maybe I will hang in there for the whole 4 weeks of the Hybrid after all.

Remember…you can do hard things! But You have to be DETERMINED!
